    Individual support towards entrepreneurship for Belgian youth that have been kept distant from schooling, work and vocational training.

    Thanks to the collected funds: funding 100 trainings towards entrepreneurship and setting up a business plan contest.

    The school for career guidance and new directions, targeting dropouts in order to help them find their own career path.

    Thanks to the collected funds: bearing the costs of the tuition for two young dropouts from less privileged backgrounds and organizing a one-day integration session, a stress management workshop and a forum for professionals.

    Vocation

    The media designed to inform, inspire and promote the new generation through written and audiovisual contents about jobs, careers and companies.

    Les Cuistots Migrateurs

    The first free culinary school allowing certification to refugees in order to promote their integration through labor access.

    Thanks to the collected funds: funding kitchen sets for 50 interns (a kitchen knife case and a whole cook’s outfit: chef trousers, chef shoes, bibless chef apron, chef jacket).

    Maison des Jeunes Talents

    Providing access to preparatory school to young people from every social background, thanks to mentoring and meetings with professionals in order to support them towards their first job.

    Thanks to the collected funds: organizing events and visits of companies of “live my life" with professionals and workshops to showcase acquired skills.

How do you participate?

  • Step 1: Submit your proposal Before December 20th 2020

    Click on the button below to fill in the form and let us know about your project. 5 proposals in total will be selected to participate into the program

  • Step 2: Prepare your pitch video Starting on the 21st of December

    You are selected? Good job! JobTeaser’s teams will contact you and mentor you in producing your video pitch, a major communication tool to rally the highest number of support around your projects!

  • Step 3: Voting period Starting on the 11th of January

    For one week, every JobTeaser customer will have access to your video pitch and votes online to select their favorite project. The 3 most popular projects will get financial support

  • Step 4: Announcing winners and awards Starting on the 18th of January

    Once all the JobTeaser’s customers’ votes are counted, the winners will be announced publicly

    To participate, you need to fill in the online form before December 20th 2020, that you’ll find here. Your proposal will then be considered and reviewed by Ulule’s team as well as JobTeaser’s teams. If you already submitted a proposal on Ulule and if you already are in contact with the team through a discussion thread on the Ulule platform, then you need to specify that you wish to participate in the “Help Them Grow” program by JobTeaser.

  • How many projects will be selected?

    In total, 5 projects will be selected to participate in the “Help them Grow” program. All projects will benefit from being showcased through the communication plan undertaken by JobTeaser and Ulule. Besides, the three projects that will collect most JobTeaser customers’ votes will get financial backing.
